Auto merge of #7710 - mrobinson:small-dl-refactor, r=pcwalton
A few small bits of refactoring to prepare for more advanced DisplayList layerization This will be useful when PaintLayers that contain DisplayLists instead of StackingContexts need to draw themselves.
