Implement style adjustments for ruby

This is the Servo side changes of [bug 1378287](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1378287) and [bug 1364274](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1364274).
