Update heartbeats-simple dependencies for bug fixes <!-- Please describe your changes on the following line: --> Updates heartbeats-simple dependencies for some bug fixes in native code (primarily for Windows). Now we create heartbeats as needed so we don't have to maintain a hardcoded list which keeps getting out of sync. --- <!-- Thank you for contributing to Servo!
