ohos: Add basic IME and keyboard support (#34188)

* ohos: Add basic IME and keyboard support

- Add extremely basic support for keyboard events
- Add basic IME support
   - Showing and hiding the IME
   - inserting text
   - deleting characters
   - very basic configuration of the IME
