Rename Runnable to Task
The changes are: * `*Runnable` -> `*Task`; * `RunnableMsg` -> `Task`; * `RunnableWrapper` -> `TaskCanceller`; * `MainThreadRunnable` -> `MainThreadTask`; * `wrap_runnable` -> `wrap_task`; * `get_runnable_wrapper` -> `task_canceller`; * `handler` -> `run`; * `main_thread_handler` -> `run_with_script_thread`.
