Response members are set for [Network Error](https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-network-error), [Opaque](https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-filtered-response-opaque) and [Opaque-redirect](https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-filtered-response-opaque-redirect) responses.
