Fixes for mach test-ref argument handling

* Change parameter from `name` to `include`. This is consistent with other
  test suites, and also fixes a bug in `mach test` caused by a conflicting
  keyword parameter in `Registrar.dispatch`.
* Allow any number of `include` arguments.
