layout: Implement justify-self
for block-level boxes (#36595)
https://drafts.csswg.org/css-align/#justify-block Testing: Improves various WPT tests. `justify-self-auto-margins-2.html` fails but I think the test is wrong. Signed-off-by: Oriol Brufau <obrufau@igalia.com>
