canvas: prevent unwrap on offscreen canvas (#37460)

Remove all unwrap usage on offscreen canvas to prevent panic.

Testing:
`tests/wpt/tests/html/canvas/offscreen/manual/the-offscreen-canvas/offscreencanvas.transfercontrol.to.offscreen-crash.html`
