This is part of the future work of implementing LazyDOMString as
outlined in issue #39479.
We use str() method or direct implementations on DOMString for these
methods. We also change some types.
This is independent of https://github.com/servo/servo/pull/39480

Testing: This is essentially just renaming a method and a type and
should not change functionality.

This uses the ScriptThread::custom_element_reaction_stack to call the
enqueue_callback_reaction on the Rc instead of in the loop.
Potentially saving access to thread_local variables.
Testing: Should not change functionality and should be covered by wpt
tests.

This should be the final PR for the Hash Function series that is
trivial.
Of note: I decided to transform `HashMapTracedValues<Atom,..>` to use
FxBuildHasher. This is likely not going to improve performance as Atom's
already have a unique u32 that is used as the Hash but it safes a few
bytes for the RandomState that is normally in the HashMap.

Testing: Hash function changes should not change functionality, we
slightly decrease the size and unit tests still work.

Adding an optional message to be attached to a SyntaxError. Unblocks
#39050.
The enum definition of Syntax is now `Syntax(Option<String>)`. Future
PRs should probably add more appropriate messages to some of the
`Syntax(None)`s.
Testing: Just a refactor
Fixes: Partially #39053

We store a pointer to the ScriptThread singleton for a thread in
thread-local storage. While we don't have yet have profiles pointing to
this TLS access as a hot spot, we can remove a potential performance
footgun without a lot of effort by passing around small pieces of data
that we otherwise need to fetch from the ScriptThread.
Testing: Existing WPT is sufficient

These changes allow using MallocSizeOf/`#[conditional_malloc_size_of]`
on WebIDL callback values, and then fix a grab bag of places in the
script crate that previously ignored those values. There are also some
commits removing ignored fields that involved Arc/Rc that are not WebIDL
callbacks, since they are now easier to support with the
`#[conditional_malloc_size_of]` attribute.
Testing: Manual testing on about:memory for servo.org.

Clippy now checks to see if unsafe code is wrapped in unsafe blocks. We
have this lint disabled for `script` and `script_bindings` because of a
lot of legacy code that doesn't do this. The lint is useful though as it
makes it more obvious what code is unsafe. This is an incremental step
toward being able to turn this lint on for `script`.
This has the benefit of silencing warnings that show up in some IDEs
that use rust-analyzer.
Testing: This should not change behavior at all and is thus covered by
existing tests.

Implement `SafeFromJSValConvertible`, a safe wrapper for
`ToJSValConvertible`. And, replace unsafe `ToJSValConvertible` with
`SafeFromJSValConvertible` in `script/dom` to reduce the amount of
unsafe code in `script`.
This would support the implementation of `AdoptedStylesheet` where we
will need to have a setter/getter of sequence, that was implemented by
`any` types.

Introduce a safe wrapper trait for the unsafe `ToJSValConvertible`, and
use it in `script/dom` where the default `T` implementation works.

Expose two new helpers and start using them as much as possible.
- `NodeTraits::owner_global`: which gets the `GlobalScope` that currenty
owns a `Node`. This may be different than `.global()` in the case that
the `Node` was adopted by a different `Document`.
- `Window::as_global_scope`: A helper to avoid having to cast so much
when treating a `Window` like a `GlobalScope`.

This puts a few commonly used `Node` helpers into a trait (`NodeTraits`)
and gives them more descriptive names and documentation. The renames:
- `document_from_node` -> `NodeTraits::owner_document`
- `window_from_node` -> `NodeTraits::owner_window`
- `stylesheets_owner_from_node<T:` -> `NodeTraits::stylesheet_list_owner`
- `containing_shadow_root` -> `NodeTraits::containing_shadow_root`

* Make generated bindings that return a WebIDL `any` value use out parameters.
Returning raw JSVal values makes it easier to create GC hazards in code
