This should be the final PR for the Hash Function series that is
trivial.
Of note: I decided to transform `HashMapTracedValues<Atom,..>` to use
FxBuildHasher. This is likely not going to improve performance as Atom's
already have a unique u32 that is used as the Hash but it safes a few
bytes for the RandomState that is normally in the HashMap.

Testing: Hash function changes should not change functionality, we
slightly decrease the size and unit tests still work.

While I adding spec comments to the CSP crate, I discovered two issues:
1. We should only use the last sandbox value (WPT test added)
2. We weren't checking for the scripting sandbox flag in document
Also, the autoplay test should have allowed scripts to run, otherwise
the test doesn't run. Since we weren't checking the flag before, the
test ran fine for Servo. However, it wouldn't run for other browsers.
Also realized that an existing test was pointing to a non-existent file
(since it doesn't have `.sub`). Updated that and confirmed that in other
browsers it now properly works (it no longer shows a 404). However,
Servo now fails that test as we don't fire an load event.

This adds the remaining window as well as specific svg and animation
listeners. The test suite was erroring before, as we don't implement
`SVGAnimationElement` yet. Now, the test gracefully checks if the
interface exists before doing a lookup.

We wouldn't handle the AttributeMutation::Removed for
attribute event listeners and wouldn't remove the
corresponding event listener. Added the necessary
logic (using the newly EventTarget::is_content_event_handler
to correctly only do this for known event handlers) and
added links to the relevant parts of the spec.

These changes allow using MallocSizeOf/`#[conditional_malloc_size_of]`
on WebIDL callback values, and then fix a grab bag of places in the
script crate that previously ignored those values. There are also some
commits removing ignored fields that involved Arc/Rc that are not WebIDL
callbacks, since they are now easier to support with the
`#[conditional_malloc_size_of]` attribute.

This shows up sometimes in code reviews, so it makes sense that tidy
enforces it. `rustfmt` supports this via comment normalization, but it
does many other things and is still an unstable feature (with bugs).
Testing: There are new tidy tests for this change.

This only covers the global event handlers for now, while I figure out
which others we are missing. We don't seem to be missing the
WindowEventHandlers, but not sure where the others coming from.

- [Dispatch Event](https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-event-dispatch)
should return a Boolean. This function is used frequently in spec and
the change makes things easier to follow.
- Remove `enum EventStatus` and related functions.
- Update some dead spec link.
- Update some steps.
This is intended as cleanup before working on #38435 and reduces binary
size by 488KB in Release profile.
Testing: No behaviour change.

This refactoring moves various CSP-related methods away from GlobalScope
and Document into a dedicated entrypoint. It also reduces the amount of
imports of the CSP crate, so that types are consolidated into this one
entrypoint. That way, we control how CSP code interacts with the script
crate.
For reviewing purposes, I split up the refactoring into separate
distinct commits that all move 1 method(group) into the new file.
Testing: no change in behavior, only a build improvement + code cleanup

Fixes two silly bugs in the implementation of `<select>` elements.
* We did not fire `input` events
* We fired `change` events *before* updating the selected value
Both of these are only relevant when the embedder selects a value, so
due to our lack of webdriver support we can't test them.
With these changes it is possible to switch the language on

The DOM event listener "removed" status should be supported to track
the following situations (with immediate effect of listener removal):
- Removing a later event listener while an earlier listener
for the same event is running
- Nested usage (recursively dispatch another event) of "once" listeners
https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#event-listener-removed
During event dispatching requires to clone event listeners list
on "invoke" step https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#concept-event-listener-invoke
and the lowercase "event listener" concept in Servo is EventListenerEntry

This fixes common crash related to slottables, currently present on wpt.fyi.
Previously, the traversal parent of `Text` nodes was incorrectly
assumed to always be the parent or shadow host. That caused crashes
inside stylo's bloom filter. Now the traversal parent is the slot
that the node is assigned to, if any, and the parent/shadow host otherwise.
The slottable data for Text/Element nodes is now stored in NodeRareData.
This is very cheap, because NodeRareData will already be instantiated
for assigned slottables anyways, because the containing_shadow_root
field will be set (since assigned slottables are always in a shadow
tree). This change is necessary because we need to hand out references
to the assigned slot to stylo and that is not possible to do (without
unsafe code) if we need to downcast the node first.
As a side effect, this reduces the size of `Text` from 256 to 232 bytes,
because the slottable data is no longer stored there.

- `stylesheets_owner_from_node<T:` -> `NodeTraits::stylesheet_list_owner`
