* script: Take away Fallible from new_resolved and new_rejected
Both Promise::new_resolved and new_rejected only return `Ok`. We don't
need them to be fallible. Simply return `Rc<Promise>`, instead of
`Fallible<Rc<Promise>>`. Also, clean up relevant code.
