56dd5b943e Rename |Profiler| as |TimeProfiler|. 
And likewise for |ProfilerChan|, |profiler_chan|, and so on.  This
contrasts nicely with the newly added |MemoryProfiler|.

45cbd77af1 Suppress the compiler warning about raw_pointer_deriving in layout/context.rs. 
This suppress the following compile warning:
