df6e7394d4 forcetouch events support 
This enables Apple forcetouch DOM events. It requires the preference dom.forcetouch.enabled.

The DOM events are described here:

c9cb4839e4 No more headless compositor. Just the normal one. 
This changes headless operation to strictly be a runtime option, rather
than a compile-time one. Note that the old headless version still relied
on a display server to support WebGL, while it now requires one all the
time.

c2581d5cef compositing: In borderless mode, don't show the window until the page 
has loaded.

This avoids a flash of unstyled content, which looks especially bad in
browser.html since unstyled content is white and browser.html has a
transparent background.

Closes #9996.

8c4fed42b0 Minor refactoring of mouse event types

2b396b2485 Allow Window implementations to indicate that they don't support a clipboard. 
This is important for the SERVO_HEADLESS configuration, because
creating a clipboard on linux creates an X context which then causes
reftest instability.

eec3fad93d Fixes a number of race conditions and reliability issues with reftests and compositor. 
The basic idea is it's safe to output an image for reftest by testing:
 - That the compositor doesn't have any animations active.
 - That the compositor is not waiting on any outstanding paint messages to arrive.
 - That the script tasks are "idle" and therefore won't cause reflow.
    - This currently means page loaded, onload fired, reftest-wait not active, first reflow triggered.
    - It could easily be expanded to handle pending timers etc.
 - That the "epoch" that the layout tasks have last laid out after script went idle, is reflected by the compositor in all visible layers for that pipeline.

505159a464 Import the util crate as util rather than servo_util. 
This used to conflict with the util crate from the standard library, which
has long since been removed.

The import in layout has not been changed because of a conflict with the
util mod there.

7371e0b8e3 compositing: Implement cursor per CSS3-UI § 8.1.1 in the CEF/Mac port. 
I'm not sure how we want to handle Linux cursors, and GLFW has no
ability to set cursors (short of disabling it and managing it yourself).

2d6626e7ef Use WindowMethods to get native graphics metadata instead of 
relying on azure. This is a prerequisite for the switch to glutin.

Tested on Linux, mac. Tested that android + cef build.
