This fixes the failures in bug 1671573 and just works thanks to the
invalidation improvements I did for :is / :where.
Added a couple tests for invalidation which is the tricky bit. 001 is a
very straight-forward test, 002 is the :is test but with :is() replaced
by double-:not().
This also fixes default namespaces inside :is() / :where(), which are
supposed to get ignored, but aren't. Added tests for that and for the
pre-existing :not() behavior which Chrome doesn't quite get right.

To support that, this patch also does the following.
- Removes the insert(), remove() and might_contain() methods, because they are
specialized versions of insert_hash(), remove_hash(), and
might_contain_hash(), and they are only used by tests within this file.
- Moves hash() from the top level into create_and_insert_some_stuff().
- Changes create_and_insert_some_stuff() so that instead of hashing consecutive
integers, it instead hashes stringified consecutive integers, which matches
real usage a little better.
- Raises the false_positives limit a little to account for the above changes.

This patch makes the MallocSizeOf stuff in Stylo work more like the HeapSizeOf
stuff already in Servo, except better. In particular, it adds deriving support
for MallocSizeOf, which will make it easier to improve coverage.
The patch does the following.
- Combines servo/components/style/stylesheets/memory.rs and the heapsize crate
into a new crate, malloc_size_of.
- Forks the heapsize_derive crate, calling it malloc_size_of, so that
MallocSizeOf can be derived.
- Both the new crates have MIT/Apache licenses, like heapsize, in case they are
incorporated into heapsize in the future.
- Renames the methods within MallocSizeOf and the related traits so they are
more concise.
- Removes MallocSizeOfWithGuard.
- Adds `derive(MallocSizeOf)` to a lot of types, in some cases replacing an
equivalent or almost-equivalent hand-written implementation.
- Adds stuff so that Rc/Arc can be handled properly.
This patch doesn't modify any of the code because making a few things pub. I
did this first to make the next patch easier to audit.

This improves cache locality and reduces allocations during parsing.
Note that this reverses the iteration order within a sequence of simple selectors,
but that shouldn't matter.
