This renames the internal -moz-math-script-level property in order to
prepare for full math-depth support. Currently, the property is guarded
under a disabled-by-default flag, so there should be no observable
behavior change.

In order to test its parsing and serialization, we expose it but protect
it behind a pref.
Besides, I would like to drop layout.css.aspect-ratio-number.enabled in
the next patch because the spec has been updated. It seems we don't have
to keep this pref and we should always use Number.

This also fixes some backwards logic in nsBlockFrame::ReflowDirtyLines, and adds
some static assertions to nsGenericHTMLElement that almost cause a very subtle
bug.

ImageLayer is almost the only usage of Image, so keeping them in the same enum
makes the resulting C++ struct smaller, and makes it map more cleanly to
nsStyleImage.

So that extending it to support other math functions like min / max / etc is
simpler.
There should be no behavior change with this patch, though I added a comment to
some places where we don't do calc() clamping correctly (though other browsers
don't either so...).

This cleans up and also allows us to keep the distinction between content: none
and content: normal, which allows us to fix the computed style we return from
getComputedStyle().
Do this last bit from the resolved value instead of StyleAdjuster, because
otherwise we need to tweak every initial struct for ::before / ::after.

This is a gross hack, of course, but has the advantage of not breaking sites
that use both zoom and -moz-transform / -moz-transform-origin.
There should be no behavior change when the pref is off, of course, and the
webcompat team wanted to experiment with this.

Mostly renaming for clarity, as the gradient parsing code is a bit hairy.
This also changes -webkit- gradients, which is, I think, the right thing to do
(otherwise I need to give up on the type system and sprinkle parse_non_negatives
around, which would be unfortunate).
I filed https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=1008112 on
Chromium still accepting negative radii for those, so will wait to submit the
patch for review until they reply there with their intentions.

There are a few canvas2d-related dependencies that haven't updated, but they
only use euclid internally so that's not blocking landing the rest of the
changes.
Given the size of this patch, I think it's useful to get this landed as-is.
Option<> is not FFI-safe, so if we want to use the same representation
everywhere we need to get rid of it. This also makes it take the same amount of
memory as the C++ representation, and it's not very complex, I'd think.

This includes style system and layout update. I add 3 extra reftests
because the original tests use ray() function as the offset-path, but we
don't support it. It'd be better to add tests using a different type of
offset-path.

This will save us some time from figuring out what's the best thing to do in
bug 1552587, so that other patches I have in flight (mainly bug 1552708) can
land, since we cannot add a single byte to nsStyleDisplay right now otherwise.
The code removed here is well isolated and not that complicated, so it seems to
me that should be easy to bring back should we have an emergency (and I commit
to doing that while preserving the nsStyleDisplay size limit if we need to :)).
