6c9fb5ae7a Introduce TaskOnce 
Having both TaskBox and TaskOnce allows us to remove the superfluous inner boxing
from CancellableTask<T>.

56117d3185 Rename Runnable to Task 
The changes are:
 * `*Runnable` -> `*Task`;
 * `RunnableMsg` -> `Task`;
 * `RunnableWrapper` -> `TaskCanceller`;
 * `MainThreadRunnable` -> `MainThreadTask`;
 * `wrap_runnable` -> `wrap_task`;
 * `get_runnable_wrapper` -> `task_canceller`;
 * `handler` -> `run`;
 * `main_thread_handler` -> `run_with_script_thread`.

69275162b0 Clean up Storage::queue_storage_event 
This moves the Runnable type directly in the method and makes it not use
main_thread_handler, which is unneeded here anyway.

9d097e7d15 Use fn pipeline_id consistently, not fn pipeline 
Consistently use the name 'pipeline_id' to refer to a function that
returns an (optional) PipelineId.

This was prompted by discovering both fn pipeline and fn pipeline_id
doing the same job in htmliframeelement.rs.

Note that there is fn pipeline in components/compositing/compositor.rs,
but that actually returns an Option<&CompositionPipeline>, not any kind
of PipelineId.

7dfb336be8 Use Option<T> to return from getters 
This removes the cumbersome &mut bool argument and offers overall
a more readable code.

a51db4cfa8 Implement trait-based ResourceThreads and clean up related naming issues 
Changes include:

- Introduce an IpcSend trait to abstract over a collection of IpcSenders
- Implement ResourceThreads collection to abstract the resource-related
  sub threads across the component
- Rename original ResourceThread and ControlMsg into an unifed CoreResource__
  to accommodate above changes and avoid confusions

4accaf50b2 Pass around event types as Atoms instead of Strings 
`Event` internally stores the `type` as an `Atom`, and we're `String`s
everywhere, which can cause unnecessary allocations to occur since
they'll end up as `Atom`s anyways.
