Font code is the only thing that was using Au in the style system without
interfacing with Gecko, and there was no real reason for it to do so.
This slightly simplifies the code.

We need to ensure the rules that override all properties for scrollbar
part elements only apply to those that are NAC (and so will be eligible
for NAC style sharing). We have some uses of non-NAC <scrollbar>
elements that should continue to inherit properties from their parents.
To avoid any changes in rule matching order that come with changing specificity,
we add a new :-moz-native-anonymous-no-specificity pseudo-class.
While we're here, we note :-moz-native-anonymous-no-specificity (and the
regular :-moz-native-anonymous pseudo-class) as not needing style
sharing cache revalidation, as we never share NAC styles.

Some of the stuff, in particular inside GeckoBindings stuff should be
refactored to be less ugly and duplicate a bit less code, but the rest of the
code should be landable as is.
Some invalidation changes are already needed because we weren't matching with
the right shadow host during invalidation (which made existing ::part() tests
fail).
Pending invalidation work:
* Making exportparts work right on the snapshots.
* Invalidating parts from descendant hosts.
They're not very hard but I need to think how to best implement it:
* Maybe get rid of ShadowRoot::mParts and just walk DOM descendants in the
Shadow DOM.
* Maybe implement a ElementHasExportPartsAttr much like HasPartAttr and use
that to keep the list of elements.
* Maybe invalidate :host and ::part() together in here[1]
* Maybe something else.

And do a full restyle only when the state goes from visited to unvisited or vice
versa. That is, use regular invalidation for addition or removals of href
attributes, for example.

Stylo's Gecko wrapper duplicated some logic from the C++ side so
that the Rust compiler would be able to optimize better. Now that
we have xLTO, this kind of manual inlining should not be neccessary
anymore.

This should make all the pieces come together.
Note that we don't need to look at the snapshot for ::part() for now (other than
when selector-matching normally) because I decided to just restyle the element
for now when the part attribute changes.
::part() can't affect descendants anyway (as long as we don't do the forwarding
stuff), and eager pseudo-elements are handled during the normal element restyle,
so it seems to me that adding all the complexity that we have for classes to
part may not be worth it at least yet.

The cascade order stuff is fishy, I know, and I'll fix in a followup if it's
fine with you. I moved the sorting of the rules to rule_collector, since it
seemed to me it was better that way that duplicating the code, and those
SelectorMap functions only have a single caller anyway.

D29542 fixed the bogus checks that was making nested pseudo-elements match
author rules. This adds tests and ends up being just a cleanup, though as it
turns out we it also fixes an issue with ::slotted() matched from
Element.matches.

This makes *|*::marker do the intended thing in UA sheets, so I think it's
better, and it's a bit less special-casey.
We may want to re-introduce the changes for pseudo-elements at some point,
depending on the WG decision, but this patch makes each_non_document_style_data
consistent with the rule collector.
The changes of each_non_document_style_data on their own should fix some bugs,
but it doesn't because:
* This is only hit for pseudos that allow user-action-state pseudo-classes.
* The containing shadow check worked for them anyway.
* We don't allow any pseudo after ::slotted() or that isn't tree-abiding per
the CSS specs (we should maybe enable one of the moz-range stuff to be
tree-abiding).
So ::placeholder is the only one that right now fits the bill to trigger the
bugs this would fix, but it doesn't since I couldn't make ::placeholder match
:hover / :active / :focus anyhow (inside or outside a shadow tree).
I've left the ProbeMarkerPseudoStyle changes for now since they are technically
a bit more consistent than what was there before, but we could revert those if
they cause trouble, we could rely on the UA rule matching, but we would need to
change that if we allow the ::foo::before and such to match.

Turns out removing the pseudo-class and such ends up not being quite as trivial
as I initially thought, or possible at all, since the fact that the <symbol> is
a <symbol> is observable via selectors, added a test for that.

Some of these were unused, some of them were only used in combination with
others, so I've unified them.
In particular, Forgetful and ClearAnimationOnlyDirtyDescendants were used only
together for a very specific task (the final animation traversal), so I merged
them into something that has that name.
ClearDirtyBits was unused, so I removed along with some code that would no
longer be called.

To be more similar between Rust and C++. This introduces GenericFontFamily and
exposes that plus FontFamilyNameSyntax to C++, using that where appropriate
instead of plain uint8_t as we were doing.
As a follow-up, as discussed on IRC with Jonathan, we can remove the -moz-fixed
family, and turn it just into an alias of Monospace.
The only non-trivial change is the MatchType changes, but they're ok I think.
The code already assumed at most one CSS generic, and the struct still takes 8
bits. I've verified that the relevant tests are passing (though try is closed).

This reduces a lot the boilerplate that's needed in order to add simple binding
functions.
This starts using &Foo and Option<&Foo> instead, and as a result we need to
remove the servo_function_signatures test, which is a bit unfortunate.
I think it's worth though, this causes problems on some platforms (see bug
1534844), and messing up the functions signature is not something that I've ever
seen (other than bug 1308234, which already had all the FooBorrowed mess which
I'm removing).
Also, cbindgen understands references and Option<&Foo>, so it will be the way to
go in the future.
After this patch we can also remove HasSimpleFFI, but I've kept it for now since
I still use it in a few places, and this patch is quite big on its own.

glyph exists, we sometimes can't produce a zero glyph width.

(stuff in chrome docshells + chrome-origin images), and one for the rest.

Summary: Really sorry for the size of the patch. It's mostly automatic
s/nsIDocument/Document/ but I had to fix up in a bunch of places manually to
add the right namespacing and such.
Overall it's not a very interesting patch I think.
nsDocument.cpp turns into Document.cpp, nsIDocument.h into Document.h and
nsIDocumentInlines.h into DocumentInlines.h.
I also changed a bunch of nsCOMPtr usage to RefPtr, but not all of it.
While fixing up some of the bits I also removed some unneeded OwnerDoc() null
checks and such, but I didn't do anything riskier than that.
