Fix wrong calculation of inline element's block size
Border, padding and margin properties' top and bottom values of inline elements were affecting the element's height. It shouldn't affect it normally. Fixed it and added a test.

* As far as I know, `fn` pointers don’t necessarily inline well
* Upcoming commits are gonna change this mapping to be less trivial,
so this would at least need a new `fn` declaration, making this
less of a simplification.
Update selectors to 0.10, with ToCss serialization.
