Now that JSRef<T> is gone, there is no need to have helper traits.

Initial implementation of ownPropertyKeys proxy handler
...
Generates `SupportedPropertyNames` on DOM structs that should implement
it. Most of them are unimplemented now (which can be implemented in
later PRs), with the exception of `HTMLCollection`. Also added a couple
relevant WPT tests.

...
They now live in traits Rootable, OptionalOptionalRootable, OptionalRootable
and ResultRootable.

Import the util crate as util rather than servo_util.
...
This used to conflict with the util crate from the standard library, which
has long since been removed.
The import in layout has not been changed because of a conflict with the
util mod there.

Rename Root::root_ref() to Root::r().

As it will be used much more widely after the upcoming changes, this limits
the effort reading and writing the method calls.
