Implement file related functionalities in htmlinputelement and related
- [x] `./mach build -d` does not report any errors
- [x] `./mach test-tidy --faster` does not report any errors
- [x] These changes is related to #11131
- [x] These changes do not require tests because it is a partial implementation
1. Improve the `filemanager_thread` by adding type string and create `SelectedFile`
2. Fill several gaps in `htmlinputelement` implementation related to file type
3. Improve the `File` interface to accommodate the above changes
4. Integrate changes introduced by PR #11189

Changes include:
- Implement file selection and other DOM behaviours in htmlinputelement
- Integrate IpcSender<FileManagerThreadMsg> into ResourceThreads
- Improve filemanager_thread, including adding type_string field to SelectedFile
- Improve interfaces in FileList/File/Blob to accommodate the above changes
Changes include:
- Introduce an IpcSend trait to abstract over a collection of IpcSenders
- Implement ResourceThreads collection to abstract the resource-related
sub threads across the component
- Rename original ResourceThread and ControlMsg into an unifed CoreResource__
to accommodate above changes and avoid confusions
It's a pointless abstraction that propagates the obsolete chan terminology,
swaps the order in which the sender and receiver are returned, and hides a
source of panics.
Add timeline markers for HTTP requests, JS evaluation, and HTML parsing.
Thank you for contributing to Servo! Please replace each `[ ]` by `[X]` when the step is complete, and replace `__` with appropriate data:
- [ ] `./mach build -d` does not report any errors (didn't try to compile past a rustc upgrade on airplane wifi)
- [X] `./mach test-tidy --faster` does not report any errors
- [X] These changes fix#11218 (github issue number if applicable).
Either:
- [ ] There are tests for these changes OR
- [X] These changes do not require tests because we don't have testing infrastructure for profiling.
Pull requests that do not address these steps are welcome, but they will require additional verification as part of the review process.

Remove JS_SaveFrameChain and JS_RestoreFrameChain calls.
They were cargo-culted from Gecko, where they haven't been necessary for a
while either.

Support controlling interface and member visibility via preferences
This was easier to throw together than per-attribute/method support, and it gets rid of some nonstandard properties from our globals.
Fixes#7626.

Referer header
PR1 for https://github.com/servo/servo/issues/10311
This puts the code and data structures in place to set the Referer header based on the Referrer Policy for a given document. Note that document:: get_referrer_policy() always returns the 'No Referrer' option, so for now, this should have no impact on production code, and that policy requires that the Referer header is not added.
Later PRs will determine the policy and edit that get_referrer_policy() accordingly.

add pass-through from doc to http-loader for referrer_policy, ref_URL
add logic for setting referer header
add script pass-through for referrer
add unit tests for setting referer header
It's now set through the intermediate InterfaceConstructorBehavior structure,
which lets us improve the abstraction around NonCallbackInterfaceObjectClass
a bit better.
When the interface's constructor is supposed to always throw, the error for
calling `Foo()` without new is "Illegal constructor.". when the interface
actually defines an interface, the error is instead
"This constructor needs to be called with `new`.".
