Add common resourceId to network events (#37707)
- Add a `resource_id` field to `EventActor` and `NetworkEventActor`
- Store a `next_resource_id` field in DevtoolsInstance
- Add `resource_id` parameter to `NetworkEventActor::new`
- Increment `next_resource_id` when
`DevtoolsInstance::find_network_event_actor` is called so each network
event has a unique id

Testing: Ran servo in devtools mode and can see the data showing in
`status`,`type`, `transferred` ,`size` and `timeline` columns of each
request, also logged the devtools instance and can see unique
`resourceId` for each request.

Remove duplication between request/response properties in NetworkEventActor (#37651)
- Remove request/response fields in `NetworkEventActor` which now stores
minimal request metadata needed : `URL`, `method`, `timestamps`, `raw
headers`, `body`.
- Refactor add_request and add_response: `add_request` takes the
incoming DevtoolsHttpRequest and populates
`request_url`, `request_method`, `request_started`,
`request_time_stamp`, `request_body`, `request_headers_raw`
`request_cookies`, `request_headers`,`total_time` and `event_timing`
(via a new helper that computes Timings)
While `add_response` takes the incoming DevtoolsHttpResponse and
populates `response_headers_raw`, `response_body` ,`response_cookies`,
`response_headers`, `response_start`, `response_content`
- Add a call to `resources_updated` to push initial request info in
`handle_network_event`
Testing: Run and logged servo in devtools mode and now, the request
header info isavailable as soon as the request gets initiated

DevTools: sources for HTML files should be the whole HTML file (#37456)
To show the contents of inline scripts in the Sources panel, we need to
send the whole HTML file from script to devtools, not just the script
code. This is trickier than the external script case, but we can look to
[how Firefox does
it](https://servo.zulipchat.com/#narrow/channel/263398-general/topic/Getting.20the.20original.20page.20HTML.20from.20script/near/524392861)
for some inspiration. The process is as follows:

- when we execute a script
  - notify devtools to create the source actor
- if it’s an external script, send the script code to the devtools
server
  - if it’s an inline script, don’t send any source contents yet
  - devtools stores the contents in the source actor
- while loading a new document
  - buffer the markup, so we can send it to devtools
- when we finish loading a new document
  - send the buffered markup to the devtools server
- devtools stores the contents in any source actors with no contents yet
- when a source actor gets a `source` request
  - if we have the contents, send those contents to the client
- if we don’t have the contents (inline script that loaded while
devtools was closed)
    - FUTURE: try to fetch the markup out of cache
    - otherwise send `<!-- not available; please reload! -->`

Testing: Several tests added to test the changes, also updates an
existing test with correct assertion

`Option<ResponseCookiesMsg>`,
`Option<ResponseHeadersMsg>`,`Option<RequestCookiesMsg>`,
`Option<RequestHeadersMsg>`, `total_time`, `security_state` to
`NetworkEventActor` struct , and serialize the data in each to
`resource_updates` , flattening the nested arrays into a single JSON
- Refactor the following methods `request_headers`,`response_start` ,
`response_content`,`response_cookies`,`response_headers`,
`request_cookies`,`total_time` to associated functions passing

Devtools: refactor source actor state (#37528)
We currently store the source contents in both the SourceActor and the
ThreadActor’s SourceManager, which is redundant. We also currently send
the source contents in thread `sources` responses and watcher
`resources-available-array` messages, but in both cases this is
unnecessary (and ignored by the client).

This patch merges SourceData into SourceActor, making the latter the
single source of truth for source-related state. We also create a
SourceForm type, which represents the subset of source-related state
that gets sent in thread `sources` responses (and for now, watcher
`resources-available-array` messages).

Finally we rename `source_urls` → `source_actor_names` and `new_source`
→ `new_registered` for clarity.

Testing: no changes to client-facing behaviour, and this is covered by
tests

DevTools: Implement support for showing source_content in Debugger > Source panel (#36774)
This patch adds support for showing source_content in `Debugger >
Source` panel. This works by handling the clients `source` messages in
the source actor. These source actors are already advertised as resource
via the watcher, populating the source list. We also update the
`sources` handler in thread actor for future work in thread debugging.

Note: while this PR also adds support for showing worker script
source_content, worker has been broken (See
https://github.com/servo/servo/issues/37012). I was able to confirm the
`content_type` and `source_content` for worker script in logs.

Replace NetworkEventUpdateMsg with ResourcesUpdatedArray (#37384)
*Replaces NetworkEventUpdateMsg with ResourcesUpdatedArray in
HttpResponse case of handle_network_event *
- Adds ResourcesUpdatedArray and UpdateEntry structs in
`devtools/network_handler.rs` to hold an array of updates
(requestHeaders, responseCookies). Updates handle_network_event to use
BrowsingContextActor::resource_available for sending
"resources-updated-array").
- Adds browsing_context_actor_name parameter to handle_network_event to
resolve borrow checker issues and enable BrowsingContextActor lookup.
- Ensures borrow safety by scoping mutable actor access.

DevTools: Fix empty debugger > source panel (#37197)
This patch fixes the source panel in the DevTools that was broken due to
missing breakpoint actor implementation. The client was sending messages
to the breakpoint actor that didn't exist in Servo, resulting in
"unknown actor"
warnings in the logs(See logs in issue description)

To fix this this patch implements the `BreakpointListActor` that handles
`setBreakpoint` and `setActiveEventBreakpoints` messages with empty
replies. This PR does not implement `breakpoint` functionality

DevTools: worker_id shoud be id & thread for workers should be thread (#36631)
This is part of https://github.com/servo/servo/pull/36562, where I
discovered that we are sending thread as `context` and `id` for worker
is called `worked_id`. In this PR, I have renamed the `worker_id` to

Devtools: initial Debugger > Sources panel (#36164)
This patch adds support for listing scripts in the Sources panel.
Classic scripts, both external and inline, are implemented, but worker
scripts and imported module scripts are not yet implemented.

For example:

```html
<!-- sources.html -->
<!doctype html><meta charset=utf-8>
<script src="classic.js"></script>
<script>
    console.log("inline classic");
    new Worker("worker.js");
</script>
<script type="module">
    import module from "./module.js";
    console.log("inline module");
</script>
<script src="https://servo.org/js/load-table.js"></script>
```

```js
// classic.js
console.log("external classic");
```

```js
// worker.js
console.log("external classic worker");
```

```js
// module.js
export default 1;
console.log("external module");
```

devtools: Fix id collisions by using incrementing counters (#35971)
Devtools clients need a `browserId`, `browsingContextID`, and
`outerWindowID`, which correspond to WebViewId, BrowsingContextId, and
PipelineId in Servo. These u32 values were previously derived from our
sharded (u32,u32) id values by taking only the `index` (second u32) and
ignoring the `namespace_id` (first u32), leading to collisions.

This patch fixes that by mapping those Servo ids to sequential u32
values.

Refactor devtools server (#35735)
Previously, the devtools code was structured like this (in pseudocode):
```rust
fn run() {
    let member_1;
    let member_2;
    fn foo(&member_1) {
        // ...
    }
    fn bar(&member_1, &member_2) {
        // ...
    }
    loop {
        match get_message() {
            Message1 => foo(&member_1),
            Message2 => bar(&member_1, &member_2),
        }
    }
}
```

This is not very idiomatic rust. And, more importantly, it makes it hard
to edit this code with an IDE, because "find all references" and similar
actions don't properly work. (member_1 inside "foo" is a different
variable than member_1 inside "bar" or "run").

Instead, the code is now structured (roughly) like this:

```rust
struct DevtoolsInstance {
    member_1,
    member_2,
}
impl DevtoolsInstance {
    fn foo(&self) {
        // ...
    }
    fn bar(&self) {
        // ...
    }
    fn run(&self) {
        loop {
            match get_message() {
                Message1 => self.foo(),
                Message2 => self.bar(),
            }
        }
    }
}
```

In my opinion, this is an improvement and should make future additions
to the devtools server easier. No behaviour change is intended.

libservo: Flesh out permissions API (#35396)
- Update the script crate to better reflect the modern Permission
  specifcation -- removing the necessity for an `Insecure` variant of

- Have all allow/deny type requests in the internal API use an

- Expose `PermissionsRequest` and `PermissionFeature` data types to the

Include WebViewId into EmbedderMsg variants where possible (#35211)
`EmbedderMsg` was previously paired with an implicit
`Option<WebViewId>`, even though almost all variants were either always
`Some` or always `None`, depending on whether there was a `WebView
involved.

This patch adds the `WebViewId` to as many `EmbedderMsg` variants as
possible, so we can call their associated `WebView` delegate methods
without needing to check and unwrap the `Option`. In many cases, this
required more changes to plumb through the `WebViewId`.

Notably, all `Request`s now explicitly need a `WebView` or not, in order
to ensure that it is passed when appropriate.

api: Flatten and simplify Servo preferences (#34966)
Flatten and simplify Servo's preferences code. In addition, have both
preferences and options passed in as arguments to `Servo::new()` and
make sure not to use the globally set preferences in `servoshell` (as
much as possible now).

Instead of a complex procedural macro to generate preferences, just
expose a very simple derive macro that adds string based getters and
setters.

- All command-line parsing is moved to servoshell.
- There is no longer the concept of a missing preference.
- Preferences no longer have to be part of the resources bundle because
  they now have reasonable default values.
- servoshell specific preferences are no longer part of the preferences
  exposed by the Servo API.

script: Create a CrossProcessInstant to enable serializable monotonic time (#33282)
Up until now, Servo was using a very old version of time to get a
cross-process monotonic timestamp (using `time::precise_time_ns()`).
This change replaces the usage of old time with a new serializable
monotonic time called `CrossProcessInstant` and uses it where `u64`
timestamps were stored before. The standard library doesn't provide this
functionality because it isn't something you can do reliably on all
platforms. The idea is that we do our best and then fall back
gracefully.

This is a big change, because Servo was using `u64` timestamps all over
the place some as raw values taken from `time::precise_time_ns()` and
some as relative offsets from the "navigation start," which is a concept
similar to DOM's `timeOrigin` (but not exactly the same). It's very
difficult to fix this situation without fixing it everywhere as the
`Instant` concept is supposed to be opaque. The good thing is that this
change clears up all ambiguity when passing times as a `time::Duration`
is unit agnostic and a `CrossProcessInstant` represents an absolute
moment in time.

The `time` version of `Duration` is used because it can both be negative
and is also serializable.

Good things:
 - No need too pass around `time` and `time_precise` any longer.
   `CrossProcessInstant` is also precise and monotonic.
 - The distinction between a time that is unset or at `0` (at some kind
   of timer epoch) is now gone.

There still a lot of work to do to clean up timing, but this is the
first step. In general, I've tried to preserve existing behavior, even
when not spec compliant, as much as possible. I plan to submit followup
PRs fixing some of the issues I've noticed.
