bd04cecceb Take WorkerGlobalScope's worker_id out of its Option. 
Unsurprisingly, every worker has an id, so there is no need to wrap it in an
Option.

bb99b2f3c8 script: Make most of 2D canvas and WebGL run over IPC. 
To actually make the multiprocess communication work, we'll need to
reroute the task creation to the pipeline or the compositor. But this
works as a first step.

7429b90e02 Wire up the JS engine's memory reporting. 
SpiderMonkey provides an extremely fine-grained breakdown of memory
usage, but for Servo we aggregate the measurements into a small number
of coarse buckets, which seems appropriate for the current level of
detail provided by Servo's memory profiler. Sample output:

Most of the changes are plumbing to get the script and worker tasks
communicating with the memory profiler task.

c9f26dfd59 Rename Root::root_ref() to Root::r(). 
As it will be used much more widely after the upcoming changes, this limits
the effort reading and writing the method calls.

4fa8725111 First steps of &JSRef -> JSRef conversion 
Replace &JSRef with JSRef in the bulk of the generated code. This will
remove a level of indirection throughout all DOM code.

This patch doesn't change methods implemented on JSRef<T> to take `self`
rather than `&self`, and it leaves a few other uses of &JSRef, but those
changes can be made incrementally.

12dc54d238 Add unrooted_must_root lint for enums and structs containing JS<T>, as well as functions with JS<T> in their parameter list 
For safe wrappers over JS<T> (eg Temporary<T>) use #[allow(unrooted_must_root)].
For all other types containing a #[must_root] value, annotate the type with #[must_root] to ensure that it is never used unrooted
