e2c700e6ad Work around uses of #[allow(unrooted_must_root)]

b11be4d253 Initial implementation of ownPropertyKeys proxy handler 
Generates `SupportedPropertyNames` on DOM structs that should implement
it. Most of them are unimplemented now (which can be implemented in
later PRs), with the exception of `HTMLCollection`. Also added a couple
relevant WPT tests.

Closes #6390

bbb39082e0 Auto merge of #6529 - dwins:master, r=Manishearth 
Refactor #[jstraceable] to #[derive(JSTraceable)]

fixes #6524.  I had to make an additional change not mentioned in the ticket - adding the `#[feature]` to enable deriving custom traits but I assume that's expected at this time.

d838fcce30 Remove some unnecessary uses of as_slice 
For the majority of these cases, `as_slice` can be removed due to
`Deref`. In particular, `Deref` for:

* `String` -> `str`
* `Atom` -> `str`

The latter of those two requires, a bump of the locked `string-cache`
library

505159a464 Import the util crate as util rather than servo_util. 
This used to conflict with the util crate from the standard library, which
has long since been removed.

The import in layout has not been changed because of a conflict with the
util mod there.

14e1455119 Skip the root node in live HTMLCollections. 
The root node is never included in the collection, and omitting it here
simplifies and speeds up the filter implementations.

4a2c4b65cc Factor out part of the traversal routine in HTMLCollection. 
I would move the filter() call into the traverse function as well, but the
callback can't outlive its stack frame.
