the location of openssl might have changed, but it reads as of now:
```sh
$ brew link --force openssl
Warning: Refusing to link: openssl
Linking keg-only openssl means you may end up linking against the insecure,
deprecated system OpenSSL while using the headers from Homebrew's openssl.
Instead, pass the full include/library paths to your compiler e.g.:
-I/usr/local/opt/openssl/include -L/usr/local/opt/openssl/lib
```

Excise SubpageId and use only PipelineIds

SubpageId was originally introduced in 2013 to help iframes keep track of
their associated (children) pipelines. However, since each pipeline
already has a PipelineId, and those are unique, those are sufficient
to keep track of children.

SubpageId was originally introduced in 2013 to help iframes keep track of
their associated (children) pipelines. However, since each pipeline
already has a PipelineId, and those are unique, those are sufficient
to keep track of children.
Consistently use the name 'pipeline_id' to refer to a function that
returns an (optional) PipelineId.
This was prompted by discovering both fn pipeline and fn pipeline_id
doing the same job in htmliframeelement.rs.
Note that there is fn pipeline in components/compositing/compositor.rs,
but that actually returns an Option<&CompositionPipeline>, not any kind
of PipelineId.
Implement a WebSocket server for debugging.

This pull request adds a very simple WebSocket server to Servo, that we intend to use for debugging. It currently only echoes back messages, but eventually we want this server to implement the Chrome Debugging Protocol.

Update DOM headers `append` and `delete`

1. A resolved TODO comment in `delete` is removed.
2. `append` method adds a space after a comma when combining header values. Expected wpt results are updated with this change.

Create separate layout trace file for each reflow

Currently only the layout trace from the last reflow is dumped to the file. But the interesting reflow may not be the last one. So we are dumping each of them with filename `layout_trace-{generation}.json`.
This will be used by a GUI viewer to visualize the layout process, which I will check-in later.
