Install rustup on first Travis job. Only use rustfmt::skip as an outer attribute.
Use line comments instead of block comments as block comments contain trailing whitespace after formatting with rustfmt. Skip tests for malloc_size_of and script_plugins with rustfmt as they have many block comments.
compile_fail
compiletest-rs use internal rustc APIs and is broken in today’s Nightly. rustdoc however is maintained with rustc and so much less fragile.
