This puts a few commonly used `Node` helpers into a trait (`NodeTraits`)
and gives them more descriptive names and documentation. The renames:
- `document_from_node` -> `NodeTraits::owner_document`
- `window_from_node` -> `NodeTraits::owner_window`
- `stylesheets_owner_from_node<T:` -> `NodeTraits::stylesheet_list_owner`
- `containing_shadow_root` -> `NodeTraits::containing_shadow_root`

The old code was so broken, it was enumerating the style attribute
instead of the computed styles.
So this patch implements a basic enumeration, but not including custom
properties whose computed value is not the guaranteed-invalid value.

In order for stylo to be a separate crate, it needs to depend on less
things from Servo. This change makes it so that stylo no longer depends
on servo_url.
For example,
style.cssText = "margin: 1px 2px 3px 4px";
[...style];
will now be
["margin-top", "margin-right", "margin-bottom", "margin-left"]
instead of
["1px", "2px", "3px", "4px"]

It's not only more consistent (since we have a proper ParserContext there), but
also fixes a bunch of bugs where Gecko accidentally exposes and allows setting
internal state because of conversions from nsCSSPropertyID to PropertyId.
This adds the extra complexity of caring about aliases for longer, but that's
probably not a big deal in practice, since we also have PropertyDeclarationId.
