63c4490e73 Kill the plugins crate and its clippy support 
Sometimes clippy gets outdated by months, and its current support setup
means that each Servo component need to opt into it by depending on
the plugins crate manually, and not all components do that.

Use common cookie struct add cookie webdriver cmds 
One cookie struct to rule them all. One struct to represent them.
One cookie struct to bind them all, and through the IPC carry them.

b021874ba0 Silence unused-extern-crates false positives. 
Added #[allow(unused_extern_crates)] to silence false positives

 * bitflags, lazy_static and matches because macro_use
 * alloc_jemalloc because builtin crate

c0531c312f Add WebRender integration to Servo. 
WebRender is an experimental GPU accelerated rendering backend for Servo.

The WebRender backend can be specified by running Servo with the -w option (otherwise the default rendering backend will be used).

WebRender has many bugs, and missing features - but it is usable to browse most websites - please report any WebRender specific rendering bugs you encounter!

384cdfcfff Hoist ParseErrorReporter into style and remove the dependency on msg. 
The pipeline id stuff is currently unused. If someone needs it, they can add
an additional trait bound on their css error reporter to get the pipeline id.

bb99b2f3c8 script: Make most of 2D canvas and WebGL run over IPC. 
To actually make the multiprocess communication work, we'll need to
reroute the task creation to the pipeline or the compositor. But this
works as a first step.

e841065351 compositing: Move messages that go over the ScriptListener to go over 
an IPC channel instead.

Because this used a boxed trait object to invoke messages across a
process boundary, and boxed trait objects are not supported across IPC,
we spawn a helper thread inside the compositor to perform the marshaling
for us.

505159a464 Import the util crate as util rather than servo_util. 
This used to conflict with the util crate from the standard library, which
has long since been removed.

The import in layout has not been changed because of a conflict with the
util mod there.

c3d23a0630 Update to latest rust-azure and rust-layers 
We no longer need to implement from_azure_surface in Servo, now that
rust-layers is handling more of the glue between rust-layers and Azure.
