add CanGc as argument to methods in DissimilarOriginWindow,
DocumentFragment, DocumentType, DOMRect, DOMRectReadOnly, DOMStringMap

Testing: These changes do not require tests because they are a refactor.
Addressed part of https://github.com/servo/servo/issues/34573.
