Martin Robinson 373575040f mach: Remove the `create-wpt` command (#35895 ) WPT tests are very specific to the directory in which they are created. In addition, since `create-wpt` takes care of running `update-manifest` it hides the fact that any future changes to tests need this command run again. No other browser has a `create-wpt` command, instead developers are expected to craft their own tests, usually by starting from an example in the directory they create the test in. This directory contains various Python modules used to support servo development.

`servo`

servo-specific python code e.g. implementations of mach commands. This is the canonical repository for this code.

`tidy`

servo-tidy is used to check licenses, line lengths, whitespace, flake8 on Python files, lock file versions, and more.

servo-wpt is a module with support scripts for running, importing, exporting, updating manifests, and updating expectations for WPT tests.
