This patch adds support for listing `worker scripts` in `debugger >
source` panel
For example:
```

<!doctype html><meta charset=utf-8>
<script>
setTimeout(() => {
console.log("inline classic");
new Worker("worker.js");
const blob = new Blob([`console.log("blob worker");`], { type: "text/javascript" });
