sagudev 12d262ec23 chore: Fix expectation of dom/xslt/large-cdata.html and disable HOS in CI (#38016) ... I've seen two multiple runs failing that reported this test as stable FAIL (and in worst case it's intermittent TIMEOUT, but it does not look like it).
