Martin Robinson d8a7abda69 libservo: Expose a ServoBuilder (#36549) ... Expose a `ServoBuilder` for easily creating Servo instances using default values. This change enables removing `EmbedderTraits`. Testing: This is covered by `Servo` unit tests.
