Changed the variants `canvas_traits::canvas::Canvas2dMsg::DrawEmptyImage` and `canvas_traits::canvas::Canvas2dMsg::DrawImageInOther` to use `euclid::default::Size2D<u32>` instead of `euclid::default::Size2D<f64>`.
