Run unit tests with both layout 2013 and layout 2020 (#30032) 
Since #29950, unit tests were only running with the legacy layout, and
there was no way to run them for layout 2020.

This patch makes './mach test-unit' run unit tests for both.

Also doing some changes so that the layout 2020 floats.rs tests compile.

This directory contains various Python modules used to support servo development.

servo

servo-specific python code e.g. implementations of mach commands. This is the canonical repository for this code.

tidy

servo-tidy is used to check licenses, line lengths, whitespace, flake8 on Python files, lock file versions, and more.

wpt

servo-wpt is a module with support scripts for running, importing, exporting, updating manifests, and updating expectations for WPT tests.
