Martin Robinson d720452698 Use DisplayListSection everywhere ... DisplayListSection, StackingLevel, and BackgroundAndBorderLevel all represent pretty much the same thing, a particular section of the display list. Instead of maintaining three enums which do the same thing, just use DisplayListSection everywhere.
