Martin Robinson f7168282a1 Have all mach command accept "--with-layout-2020" and "--layout-2020" 
Some command accepted one and some the other. This changes makes them
all accept both so it's no longer necessary to remember which uses
which.

This directory contains various Python modules used to support servo development.

servo

servo-specific python code e.g. implementations of mach commands. This is the canonical repository for this code.

tidy

servo-tidy is used to check licenses, line lengths, whitespace, flake8 on Python files, lock file versions, and more.
