Martin Robinson	0cd9c3f2c4	tables: Add a naive implementation of border-collapse (#32309) ... This change adds a very simple implementation of `border-collapse` for tables. No harmonization or merging is done at all for borders. Instead, the largest border for every continuous border sets the size. Instead of merging different border styles, they are squashed to half size -- which isn't great, but ensures appropriate positioning. Oriol Brufau	963104e5fc	Run same tests for layout-2020 and layout-2013 (#30092) ... Most tests were only being run for layout-2013, not for layout-2020. This wasn't great since layout-2020 is now the default. So this patch unifies the lists of included tests for both layouts. For layout-2013 this implies adding css/css-content/, css/css-logical/ and css/css-masking/clip/. For layout-2020 this implies adding several additional css tests, and also tests like dom/, js/, html/, etc.	2023-08-15 00:28:32 +00:00
