39a98d4ff1 Fix the size and position of overflow:scroll clip
The clip for overflow:scroll clip was not including the space for
padding, which could lead to some content being clipped when it
shouldn't. This changes fixes that issue.

A test is skipped because this fix also stops hiding a failure due to
mispositioned text.

Fixes #16576.

bc44246fc6 Auto merge of #17364 - asajeffrey:script-paint-worklets-properties, r=jdm
Implement paint worklet properties

<!-- Please describe your changes on the following line: -->

This is the final PR to get basic paint worklet support. It adds support for paint worklet properties (https://drafts.css-houdini.org/css-paint-api/#paint-definition-input-properties). When a paint worklet is registered, it specifies a list of CSS properties, and is provided with their computed values when it is invoked.

This is a dependent PR:
* "Implemented paint worklets invoking worklet scripts" is #17239.
* "Implemented paint worklets rendering contexts" is #17326.

There should be tests added for this, hopefully the existing wpt houdini tests.

Implement the InputEvent

Add WebIDL, from UI Events working draft.
Implement script type for event.

Note that actually firing InputEvents is not part of this commit.

<!-- Please describe your changes on the following line: -->
As part of my effort to improve [keyboard handling](https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/mozilla.dev.servo/e6R7eBDjo4M) it is necessary to introduce the InputEvent. While I have a working prototype using the input event this still needs a lot of work before it can be merged into servo.

81275234aa Auto merge of #17284 - jyc:custom-properties-cascade, r=emilio
Propagate changes in custom properties' computed values to descendants

If ComputedValues.custom_properties differs between the old and new
ComputedValues, indicate that we have to propogate changes to
descendants by setting child_cascade_requirement to
MustCascadeDescendants in cascade_primary.

style::matching::TElement::cascade_primary already calls
accumulate_damage, which eventually calls
ServoRestyleDamage::compute_style_difference in order to check if other
properties' computed values changed. If any of those change, we signal
that we need to propogate changes for inherited properties.

With Properties & Values, some custom properties will not be inherited,
and we will need to revisit this.

Don't optimize display list for projective transforms

dabebdfbf5 Root nodes for the duration of their CSS transitions.
This ensures that we can pass a node address as part of the asynchronous

DOM event on the node from the script thread. Without explicitly rooting
this node when the transition starts, we risk the node being GCed before
the transition is complete.

e196776c24 Auto merge of #16807 - mrobinson:scroll-clamping, r=emilio
Fix clamping of scroll position in window.scrollBy

For rightward and downward overflow the spec says:

Let x be max(0, min(x, viewport scrolling area width - viewport width)).
Let y be max(0, min(y, viewport scrolling area height - viewport height)).

Previously, those operations were reversed, which created negative
overflow even when the overflow direction was downward. This change
ensures that Servo matches spec behavior.

70ec61cf01 Refactor Position
A specified position is now a struct made of two values of different types,
the first one being PositionComponent<X>, and the second one PositionComponent<Y>.

A position component is represented by the new enum PositionComponent<Side>,
with the three values Center, Length(LengthOrPercentage), and
Side(Side, Option<LengthOrPercentage>).

Side keywords are represented by the X and Y enums, which don't include a value
for the center keyword anymore. They are accompanied by the Side trait, which
allows us to determine whether a side keyword is "left" or "top".

This refactor simplified the parsing and serialisation code and exposed bugs in it,
where it would reject valid <position> values followed by arbitrary tokens,
and where it would fail to prefer "left" to "right" when serialising positions
in basic shapes.

2d732d829b Auto merge of #16472 - cu1t:#14095-fix-xml-doc-namespaces, r=nox
Fix namespaces of elements created in XML documents

Correctly implement following step of [Dom Document Spec](https://dom.spec.whatwg.org/#dom-document-createelement):
> Let namespace be the HTML namespace, if the context object is an HTML document or context object’s content type is "application/xhtml+xml", and null otherwise.

Note, this will make following test in `tests/wpt/web-platform-tests/dom/nodes/Document-constructor.html` to fail, so related .ini file added to mark it as such:
```
test(function() {
  var doc = new Document();
  var a = doc.createElement("a");
  // In UTF-8: 0xC3 0xA4
  a.href = "http://example.org/?\u00E4";
  assert_equals(a.href, "http://example.org/?%C3%A4");
}, "new Document(): URL parsing")
```
I'm not very familiar with specs, but from quick look at it, I'm doubtfull that it is valid in the first place. This is an "application/xml" document, so I don't see why it should encode a.href. Firefox also fails that.
