I want to play with autogenerating style structs, and color is the smallest
struct out there.
However, moving it out of the mako file is a requirement. This patch does that.
Skip adding/accumulating ClipRect values which corresponding rect offset is auto.

This is a PR for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1390352
This patch will skip adding/accumulating the values which corresponding rect offset is auto, and make Servo_AnimationValues_ComputeDistance return negative value instead of 0.0 when the function fails to distinguish its failure.

There are already these tests in dom/smil/tests of gecko, this PR will enable these tests.

Use whether we've computed any viewport unit instead.
This is more accurate (we avoid restyling unnecessarily if we've found anything
ever on the stylesheet, but that hasn't matched).
This has the benefit of also matching Gecko, and simplify some code and
fishyness around, and also hopefully speeding up stylesheet parsing.
This patch will skip add_weighted() when self_portion + other_portion not equal
to zero. (i.e. adding or accumulating).
Gecko does same behavior since we can't add two auto value.
Currently, Servo uses ComputeSquaredDistance derive for
SvgLengthOrPercentageOrNumber, so servo can't calculate between
LengthOrPercentage and Number.
This PR will allow calculating these value.
Introduce ComputedUrl
<!-- Please describe your changes on the following line: -->
Use the new `ComputedUrl` type for computed types and `SpecifiedUrl` for specified types instead of using the `SpecifiedUrl` implementation for both.

As silly as it may seem to specify font-sizes using viewport units, we weren't
handling zoom for them correctly either.

will prevent consumers from doing it wrong.
Part 1 of Gecko bug1382806. r=emilio
Sync Servo / Gecko image-orientation rounding; pass as enum.
Make Servo's rounding of image-orientation values agree with Gecko's,
and pass orientations directly as an enum instead of as angles.
Depends on a Gecko change to be subsequently landed in m-c.

It was storing both TrackSize and TrackRepeat before and TrackRepeat have to be
converted into sequence of TrackSize during serialization. Instead of doing this
in serialization process(which is hard and hacky), we converted to do this in
parsing process. We were doing this conversion in the ComputedValue conversion.
So we only had to move this process to parsing.
