Respect the source rectangle when drawing a canvas to another canvas.
This allows us to run the three.js examples without panicking, since they use self-drawing canvases to scroll the FPS graph.

Change to pip dependency install invocation during virtualenv setup in build

Fix for https://github.com/servo/servo/issues/20990
In short, the pip invocation was causing my build on OSX to break. Using `python -m pip` in place of `pip` when setting up the virtual environment fixes the environment setup failure and allows the build to proceed.

The sys.platform check in need_pip_upgrade was doing effectively the same pip invocation regardless of what
platform we were evaluating to.
Additionally, removed some duplicate definitions of the python variable which was already in scope
higher up in the function.
Update dependencies to use new_debug_unreachable
Because reem/rust-debug-unreachable#6 makes `debug_unreachable` enable debug checks even in release builds since Rust 1.0.

Now that WebRender gives us reference frame ClipIds, we can use those to
implement fixed positioning in Servo. This will allow us to remove the
feature from WebRender entirely.

Fix typo for worklet in globalscope
As the `self` will downcast to `WorkletGlobalScope`, I think it would be more reasonable to name the variable with `worklet` in `if let`.
