This introduces DeclarationSource, to see if a declaration has been parsed or
set from CSSOM in a declaration block.
The Servo_DeclarationBlock_SetFoo and similar callers are changed to
DeclarationSource::CssOm because their semantics are more CSSOM-y, but it
shouldn't matter since they should all be checked before hand with
Servo_DeclarationBlock_PropertyIsSet.
We have three different enums to represent slightly different things. Reuse them
properly, and kill some code in the animated_properties module while at it.

In #18365, we add an extra source_location member to Keyframe rule, so that we
can provide location information to devtool panel for Stylo. In order not to
break the existing unit tests, we should add this new member to all the Keyframe
rules used in our unit tests.
As for the tests in stylesheets.rs, since we make the test by mocking a raw css
string, there are actual source locations that we can add to the expected result.
As to the tests in keyframes.rs, since we don't use raw css string, we can just
add a dummy souce location for all the tests. We can further fix this if we
decide to use a raw css string for the tests in keyframes.rs one day.
The alias is left there temporarilly and will be removed completely in a later commit where
also components/style/gecko/generated/structs_{debug|release}.rs are re-generated (they still
use the old alias).
In the next few patches we move all non-transition related code over to
using AnimatableLonghand instead of TransitionProperty. This will allow
us to re-purpose TransitionProperty to represent only properties that
can be transitioned (i.e. excluding discrete properties) as well as
simplifying the code by removing the need to deal with shorthands and
the "all" value in places that do not need to handle those values.
This file has become quite bloated lately. This commit deletes that file in
favor of a set of submodules.
The only noticeable change apart from code move, is converting deep_clone_foo
methods into a trait.
It also unifies logic related to different style rules in the same place.
There's some missing work, specially related to font-face and counter-style, but
I think this is worth landing in the meantime.
If there are multiple prefixed/non-prefixed @keyframes with the same name;
* non-prefixed rule overrides earlier rules.
* prefixed rule overrides earlier prefixed rules.

This effectively combines the discriminants of the two enums and reduces the
size of PropertyDeclaration by one word.

@keyframes anim {
from { transform: none; }
to { opacity: 0; transform: none; }
}
In above case, we have to add opacity property and value in the 'from' keyframe.
We need to create CSS animations that have empty keyframe or keyframes
which have only invalid properties or non-animatable properties to fire
animation events for such animations.
