Improve border images
Respect CSS border-image-width.
Properly support gradients as a border-image-source.
Add a new test and mark two more as passing.

realtimeanalyser-fft-scaling.html, the test that actually checks for some level of FFT correctness, sadly doesn't work since we don't process nodes not connected to the destination.
However I locally fixed the test to work differently and it passed. We'll fix the processing model eventually.

Respect CSS border-image-width.
Properly support gradients as a border-image-source.
Only emit a border item if the border-width is non-zero
for simple borders but still emit one if the item is
an image as paint worklet that are not drawn cause servo
to hang and fail tests.
Add a new test and mark 4 more as passing.
Null image source check for src, srcset and picture parent

Add some support for WPT tests in an Android emulator through WebDriver
This succeeds on my machine:
`./mach test-wpt --product servodriver --binary etc/run_in_headless_android_emulator.py --binary-arg servo-x86 --binary-arg target/i686-linux-android/release/servo.apk /_mozilla/mozilla/DOMParser.html`
