66dd8c8a6c layout: Implement CSS transitions per CSS-TRANSITIONS § 2. 
Transition events are not yet supported, and the only animatable
properties are `top`, `right`, `bottom`, and `left`. However, all other
features of transitions are supported. There are no automated tests at
present because I'm not sure how best to test it, but three manual tests
are included.

In a few places both prof::time and prof::mem are used, and so
module-qualification is needed to avoid overlap, e.g. time::Profiler and
mem::Profiler. Likewise with std::mem and prof::mem. This is not a big
deal.

52447ccd9b Move profiler code from util into a new crate profile. 
- Most of util::memory has been moved into profile::mem, though the
  `SizeOf` trait and related things remain in util::memory. The
  `SystemMemoryReporter` code is now in a submodule
  profile::mem::system_reporter.

- util::time has been moved entirely into profile::time.

34a384241a Report detailed RSS measurements from /proc/<pid>/smaps on Linux. 
All anonymous segments are aggregated into a single measurement, as are
all segments smaller than 512 KiB.

ee4c56bd8b Remove rtinstrument (fixes #4600). 
The code has been disabled during the last rust upgrade, and has not found an
owner. Since the next rust upgrade will bitrot it even more, it is better to
remove it for now. If anyone wishes to restore it, the code remains in version
history.

2e35d4e987 Add a match_ignore_ascii_case! macro that does not allocate. 
It should replace `match foo.to_ascii_lower().as_slice() { ...}`

@Manishearth I changed map.get to map.find in the lint to work around an ICE:

    task 'rustc' panicked at 'couldn't find node id 0 in the AST map'

Does this look OK?

7371e0b8e3 compositing: Implement cursor per CSS3-UI § 8.1.1 in the CEF/Mac port. 
I'm not sure how we want to handle Linux cursors, and GLFW has no
ability to set cursors (short of disabling it and managing it yourself).

d22a64884d Implements case insensitive font family names. 
One part (of 8!) of css font family disambiguation is that font families should
be matched case-insensitively.

This patch implements that. Once it lands, a bug needs to be filed to do lowercasing
properly (as a string, instead of char-by-char -- it's a unicode thing).

c4c4988ee1 util: Add persistent lists as a useful general-purpose thread-safe data 
structure.

This will be used to improve our storage management for float lists.

bb6f557276 layout: Rewrite text and inline fragment handling during flow 
construction to avoid cloning and moving flows so much.

Besides amounting to a 5%-10% win on a page with a lot of text, this
simplifies and refactors the text layout code.

481adcd654 Fix whitespace_pre with incremental reflow turned on. 
This implements fragment merging, in order to incrementally reflow linebroken
text. This makes the `whitespace_pre.html` reftest pass with incremental reflow
turned on with `-i`.
