Implement setter for document.domain

This PR implements the setter for `document.domain`.
It builds on #15438 and #15478, only the last commit is part of this PR.
It includes tests for similar-origin security checks.

Improve behaviour of image elements that perform multiple requests
This addresses cases where image elements end up making multiple requests, as well as makes the element respond to additional relevant mutations that trigger updating the image data.

Support origins in CSSOM stylesheets

I still need to pass the origin clean flag to constructors. `style::stylesheets::Stylesheet` has an origin field but I don't think that's relevant.
I can get href in htmllinkelement.rs like this:
```rust
let element = self.upcast::<Element>();
let href = element.get_string_attribute(&local_name!("href"));
```
But I'm not sure how to proceed after here.

The spec says that a script must be immediately prepared whenever "the script element
is connected and a node or document fragment is inserted into the script element,
after any script elements inserted at that time."
Handle properly alternate stylesheet

Alternate stylesheet are now fetched and then desactivated instead of ignoring them.
I don't know if tests are required to check if the stylesheet is correctly loaded and disabled ?

Correctly handle unserializable shorthand
get_shorthand_appendable_value doesn't always return a serializable value. This change makes it handle that case correctly.
This change also updates step number in property_value_to_css to reflect the latest spec.

`unset` keyword value should *not* be converted to something else during parsing. It is a specified-value time value, which should be preserved until computation.

Make datetime just reflect

This just uses `make_getter!` for `datetime` rather than checking if `datetime` has data and falling back to the child data if `datetime` has no data.
I reverted 2 of the test changes and added back an old test that makes sure that child content is not returned when `datetime` is empty.
