Flexbox is still very much in progress, but things are working well
enough that we can enable it by default. It improves most pages that use
flexbox now.

`dirs-next` is still used by the version of the `term` crate we are
using, but this also remoes a version of `cstr` so our dependency count
does not change.
A new version of `raqote` hasn't been released, so this depends on the
upstream repository directly. It's been almost 4 months since the
release has been ready -- so it's unclear when it will happen.

* mozjs upgrade: fixes for Android
Android NDK's layout has changed in r26 and 'lib64' no longer exists
under `toolchain/llvm/prebuilt/linux-x86_64`. The libraries that used to
be it are now present in `lib` folder itself.
This patch updates the build configuration to use the `lib` folder
instead when configuring the LIBCLANG_PATH environment variable.
This patch also updates to a newer mozjs version that includes fixes for
linker errors faced on Android (see #32769).

This adds support for generic font families in Servo and allows for
configuration of them as well as their default font sizes. One
interesting fix here is that now monospace default to 13px, like it does
in other browsers.
In addition to that, this exposes a new interface in Stylo which allows
setting a default style. This is quite useful for fonts, but also for
other kinds of default style settings -- like text zoom.

The `Iterator::all` method consumes the input iterator `f` so when
we reuse `f` in `f.flatten().collect()` it yields an empty Vector
in the case where all the elements are successfully converted using
try_into(). This causes out of bounds access when indexing into
the resulting Vector to extract the individual components.

The crash when loading servo.org happens in the JIT code
emitted by SM's CacheIRCompiler to invoke the VM function
`ProxyGetPropertyByValue`.
To disable this code path, it is not sufficient to disable
just the baseline JIT (which exposed in servo under the
pref `js.baseline.enabled`) but also the baseline
interpreter which is controlled by a different flag in SM.
This PR disables renames the `js.baseline.enabled` pref in
Servo to `js.baseline_jit.enabled` and introduces a new
pref `js.baseline_interpreter.enabled` that controls the
baseline interpreter.

This is the first part of constructing the box tree for table layout. No
layout is actually done and the construction of tables is now hidden
behind a flag (in order to not regress WPT). Notably, this does not
handle anonymous table part construction, when the DOM does not reflect
a fully-formed table. That's part two.

This is the start of the organization of types that are in their own
crates in order to break dependency cycles between other crates. The
idea here is that putting these packages into their own directory is the
first step toward cleaning them up. They have grown organically and it
is difficult to explain to new folks where to put new shared types. Many
of these crates contain more than traits or don't contain traits at all.
Notably, `script_traits` isn't touched because it is vendored from
Gecko. Eventually this will move to `third_party`.

This change replaces OpenSSL with rustls and also the manually curated
CA certs file with webpki-roots (effectively the same thing, but as a
crate).
Generally speaking the design of the network stack is the same. Changes:
- Code around certificate overrides needed to be refactored to work with
rustls so the various thread-safe list of certificates is refactored
into `CertificateErrorOverrideManager`
- hyper-rustls takes care of setting ALPN protocols for HTTP requests,
so for WebSockets this is moved to the WebSocket code.
- The safe set of cypher suites is chosen, which seem to correspond to
the "Modern" configuration from [1]. This can be adjusted later.
- Instead of passing a string of PEM CA certificates around, an enum is
used that includes parsed Certificates (or the default which reads
them from webpki-roots).
- Code for starting up an SSL server for testing is cleaned up a little,
due to the fact that the certificates need to be overriden explicitly
now. This is due to the fact that the `webpki` crate is more stringent
with self-signed certificates than SSL (CA certificates cannot used as
end-entity certificates). [2]

This also removes the meta viewport support (which was implemented on top), but that also had a single test and is disabled everywhere, so I'm not too concerned, it can be implemented again if / when needed.
This relies on WebRender's frame output API, `set_output_image_handler`,
which has been removed from the latest upstream [1]. It's sad to remove
this feature, which was probably a lot of work to implement, but it
seems difficult to patch WebRender to restore this functionality.

This commit puts floats behind the `layout.floats.enabled` pref, because of the
following issues and unimplemented features:
* Inline formatting contexts don't take floats into account, so text doesn't
flow around the floats yet.
* Non-floated block formatting contexts don't take floats into account, so BFCs
can overlap floats.
* Block formatting contexts that contain floats don't expand vertically to
contain all the floats. That is, floats can stick out the bottom of BFCs,
contra spec.
This will ultimately make it simpler to update crate dependencies and
reduce duplicate when specifying requirements. Generally, this change
does not touch dependencies that are only used by a single crate. We
could consider moving them to workspace dependencies in the future.
- Also updates raqote to latest with an upgrade of font-kit to 0.11
applied on as a patch
- Update lyon_geom to the latest version
Major change:
- All matrices are now stored in row major order. This means that
parameters to rotation functions no longer should be negated.
- `post_...()` functions are now named `then()`. `pre_transform()` is removed,
so `then()` is used and the order of operations changed.
