Allow using CORS filtered image responses as WebGL textures
More specifically, this makes the "is this image same origin?" check consider the CORS status of the original response, rather than relying on an overly-strict "is this image's response's URL same-origin with a particular global?" check. To do this, we make the image cache double keyed based on the requested URL as well as the requesting origin, and store the CORS status of the eventual response with the final image that eventually gets sent to the HTMLImageElement consumer.

Fix intermittent macOS reftest failures
CTCreateFontWithName intermittently returns the wrong font for a given postscript name. These changes rely on obtaining a font descriptor, using it to get the path to the actual font file on disk, getting the bytes that make up the font, and using Core Graphics to create a font handle and obtaining the Core Graphics font from the CGFont reference. This is the same strategy that font-kit uses.

Initial implementation of WebGLQueries
This patch adds initial support for WeGLQueries. Most related WebGL functions and objects ([1]) are implemented; what's still missing is:
- syncing the result of `getQueryParameter` with the event loop
- `EXT_disjoint_timer_query_webgl2` support

Change setBody to be less strict when getting the immediate child
Step four of the dom document body calls for throwing an exception
if no document element was found. The current setBody implementation
was looking for a document element that is also an html element. It
has been updated to use GetDocumentElement which returns any document
element.

Remove outdated test result files automatically
This builds off the of suggestion from #24292 to add a script that is run every WPT sync to remove any useless WPT test result files. It does not subsume that PR because that one includes some manual removals of subtest results inside ini files that are still meaningful.
